Nozioni di base di anatomia, biochimica e fisiologia dell’apparato locomotore.
Il Regolamento didattico del CdS prevede la seguente propedeuticità: per sostenere l’esame di Clinica dell’apparato locomotore occorre aver superato l’esame di Patologia Generale.
Basic knowledge of anatomy, biochemistry and physiology of the musculoskeletal system.
The Course Regulations provide the following preparatory requirements: to take the Clinical examination of the musculoskeletal system students must have passed the General Pathology examination.
L’insegnamento è strutturato in 36 ore di didattica frontale, suddivise in base al calendario accademico. La didattica frontale è articolata in lezioni interattive con presentazione e discussione di casi clinici, analisi delle immagini di maggiore rilevanza diagnostica ed esercitazioni di problem solving.
La frequenza è obbligatoria in una percentuale pari ad almeno il 70% delle lezioni.
The teaching is structured in 36 hours of frontal lectures, divided according to the academic calendar. The frontal lectures are held in these methods: interactive lessons with presentation and discussion of clinical cases, analysis of images of greater diagnostic relevance and problem solving exercises.
Attendance is 70 % compulsory

Definizione, classificazione ed epidemiologia delle malattie reumatiche. Semeiotica clinica delle malattie reumatiche. Il dolore nelle malattie reumatiche. Diagnosi precoce delle malattie reumatiche: principi generali.
Artrite reumatoide. Artrite psoriasica, Spondilite anchilosante, Artriti reattive, Artriti associate a malattie infiammatorie intestinali. Malattie autoinfiammatorie, Lupus eritematoso sistemico, Sclerosi sistemica, Polimiosite/Dermatomiosite, Sindrome di Sjogren. Vasculiti ANCA- associate, Arterite a cellule giganti. Polimialgia reumatica. Artrosi. Sindromi dolorose distrettuali. Osteoporosi. Malattia ossea di Paget. Fibromialgia. Artropatie da microcristalli (Gotta, Condrocalcinosi). Fenomeno di Raynaud. Sindromi paraneoplastiche. Neuropatie da intrappolamento.

Systemic sclerosis, Systemic lupus erythematosus, Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis, Sjogren's syndrome. ANCA-associated vasculitis. Giant cell arteritis Rheumatic polymyalgia. Osteoarthritis. Regional pain syndromes. Low Back Pain. Osteoporosis. Paget's disease. Fibromyalgia. Crystal arthropathies (Gout, Chondrocalcinosis). Raynaud's phenomenon. Paraneoplastic syndromes.
