Comprensione delle nozioni fondamentali di economia, organizzazione aziendale e management in ambito sanitario utili a comprendere il valore economico di una attività imprenditoriale in generale e nello specifico ambito sanitario
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Al termine del corso, gli studenti sapranno interpretare le dinamiche sottostanti le vicende economiche e l'agire degli attori economici che caratterizzano la realtà quotidiana.
Al termine del corso gli studenti sapranno comprendere e valutare criticamente le strategie economico-finanziari e manageriali delle imprese e aziende in generale e, più specificatamente, in ambito sanitario.
Competenze trasversali.
Esercitazioni e discussioni in aula richiederanno agli studenti di rielaborare, secondo schemi unitari e integrati, i concetti acquisiti durante il corso stimolando le loro capacità di sintesi, di analisi critica e di autonomia di giudizio in modo da rafforzare le loro competenze generali e analitiche di apprendimento e le loro abilità sotto il profilo della comunicazione rispetto a chiarezza e lessico adeguato.
Per alcune esercitazioni è previsto l’uso di software statistico- econometrico sicché gli studenti avranno modo di accrescere le loro competenze informatiche. Le esercitazioni consolideranno le loro attitudini ad interagire e lavorare in gruppo.
Knowledge and Understanding.
Understanding the fundamental elements of economics, business organization, and management in healthcare relevant to understanding the economic value of an entrepreneurial activity in general and in the specific health sector
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course, students will be able to interpret the dynamics underlying economic events and the actions of economic actors that characterize everyday reality.
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand and critically evaluate the economic-financial and managerial strategies of companies and companies in general and, more specifically, in the healthcare sector.
Transversal Skills.
Exercises and discussions in the classroom will require students to rework, according to unitary and integrated schemes, the concepts acquired during the course by stimulating their synthesis skills, critical analysis and judgement autonomy in order to strengthen their general and analytical learning skills and communication skills in relation to clarity and adequate vocabulary.
For some exercises the use of statistical-econometric software is provided so that students will be able to increase their computer skills. The exercises will consolidate their ability to interact and work in groups.

Esame scritto (a domande aperte/chiuse) e orale.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo. Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Nel corso dell'esame gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di avere acquisto le conoscenze fondamentali della materia di insegnamento dei singoli moduli didattici: elementi di economia, organizzazione aziendale e management sanitario.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Il voto verrà espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supererà l'esame se otterrà almeno 18. È prevista per prove d’esame particolarmente meritevoli l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Valutazione della correttezza e grado di approfondimento delle risposte.

Learning Evaluation Criteria.
During the examination, students must demonstrate that they have acquired the fundamental knowledge of the teaching subject of the individual teaching modules: elements of economics, business organization and health management.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
The final mark will be expressed in 30/30. The student will pass the exam if he / she obtains at least 18/30. The assignment of the highest marks with honors (30 cum laude) is foreseen for particularly deserving examination tests.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
