Si considerano acquisiti i contenuti tipici di un corso di base di economia aziendale e di un corso di base avente a oggetto la redazione e l’analisi del bilancio.
The typical contents of a basic course in business administration and a basic course in drafting and analyzing financial statements are considered acquired.
Lezioni frontali a contenuto teorico e pratico. Alcune lezioni assumeranno la forma di seminari tenuti da esperti.
Le lezioni saranno erogate anche in streaming attraverso il collegamento via Teams® alla lezione erogata in aula (modalità telematica sincrona). Si accederà attraverso il link messo a disposizione dal docente sulla piattaforma Moodle.

Frontal lessons with theoretical and practical content. Some of them will take the form of seminars given by experts.
The lessons will also be provided in streaming through the connection via Teams® to the lesson delivered in the classroom (synchronous telematic mode). It will be accessed through the link made available by the teacher on the Moodle platform.

Al termine del corso, gli studenti dovranno conoscere e comprendere i principi, le metodologie, le tecniche e le analisi necessari per la redazione ovvero la valutazione critica del business plan, con particolare riferimento all’impresa in fase di avvio.

Competenze trasversali.
Nel corso delle lezioni, gli studenti saranno coinvolti in attività volte a sviluppare, tra l’altro, autonomia di giudizio, abilità comunicative, capacità di problem solving e capacità di lavoro in gruppo.

At the end of the course, students will have to know and understand the principles, methodologies, techniques and analyzes necessary for the preparation or critical evaluation of the business plan, with particular reference to the company in the start-up phase.

During the lessons, students will be involved in activities aimed at developing, among other things, autonomy of judgment, communication skills, problem solving skills and teamwork skills.

Prova scritta (un’ora) costituita da un mix (variabile) di domande a scelta multipla, domande vero/falso, domande aperte ed esercizi. Le domande a scelta multipla prevedono 4 opzioni di risposta e possono avere un numero di opzioni di risposta corretta variabile tra 0 e 4.
Il risultato è comunicato nel modo ed entro la data indicati dal docente in occasione dello svolgimento dell’esame.
Modelli di prove scritte sono disponibili sulla piattaforma Moodle del corso.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo, le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo.
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Il grado di apprendimento dello studente è valutato tenendo conto dell’ampiezza e della profondità delle conoscenze e della comprensione acquisite e della capacità di applicare le stesse. Ove applicabile, esso è valutato tenendo conto anche della proprietà di linguaggio con cui le conoscenze e la comprensione acquisite sono esposte.
È prevista una penalizzazione di 3/30, da sottrarre al voto finale, per lo studente che, in un appello di esame precedente, si fosse iscritto e non si fosse presentato senza avvisare il docente entro 12 ore prima dell’inizio dello stesso.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Il grado di apprendimento dello studente è misurato attraverso un voto espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supera l'esame se consegue un voto pari almeno a 18/30. È prevista l’assegnazione della lode allo studente che consegue un voto finale maggiore di 30/30.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Il voto finale deriva dalla sommatoria dei punteggi che seguono: 1/30 per ciascuna domanda a scelta multipla o vero/falso (nessuna penalizzazione per la risposta sbagliata o non data); fino a 6/30 per ciascuna domanda aperta (tenendo conto del grado di correttezza, del grado di completezza e della proprietà di linguaggio) e per ciascun esercizio (tenendo conto della gravità degli errori commessi).
Durante il periodo di erogazione del corso, il docente assegnerà attività di vario genere, da svolgere individualmente e/o in gruppo, su base volontaria e senza valutazione. Per ciascuna attività completata idoneamente, allo studente che sosterrà l’esame nella sessione di esami invernale (gennaio-febbraio) sarà riconosciuto 1/30 in fase di attribuzione del voto finale.
Learning Evaluation Methods.
Written test (one hour) consisting of a (variable) mix of multiple choice questions, true/false questions, open questions and exercises. Multiple choice questions have 4 answer options and can have a number of correct answer options ranging from 0 to 4.
The result is communicated in the manner and by the date indicated by the teacher on the occasion of the examination.
Templates of written tests are available on the Moodle platform of the course.
For students with disabilities / disabilities or specific learning disabilities (SLD), who have duly requested support to take the specific exam at the University's Disability/SLD Info Point, the examination methods will be adapted according to the University guidelines.
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
The student's degree of learning is assessed taking into account the breadth and depth of knowledge and understanding acquired and the ability to apply them. Where applicable, it is assessed also taking into account the property of language with which the acquired knowledge and understanding are exposed.
There is a penalty of 3/30, to be subtracted from the final grade, for the student who had enrolled in a previous exam session and did not attend the exam session without notifying the teacher within 12 hours before the start of the exam session.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
The student's degree of learning is measured through a mark expressed out of thirty. The student passes the exam if he achieves a grade of at least 18/30. The assignment of honors is expected to the student who achieves a final grade greater than 30/30.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
The final mark derives from the sum of the following scores: 1/30 for each multiple choice or true/false question (no penalty for the wrong or not given answer); up to 6/30 for each open question (taking into account the degree of correctness, the degree of completeness and the property of language) and for each exercise (taking into account the seriousness of the errors committed).
During the teaching period, the teacher will assign various kinds of activities, to be carried out individually and/or in group, on a voluntary basis and without evaluation. For each suitably completed activity, 1/30 will be recognized in the final mark assignment phase to the student who will take the exam in the winter exam session (January-February).
