Basic knowledge of the legal importance of EU Treaty, EU Regulation and EU Directive.
Oltre le lezioni frontali del docente, e ad esse integrati, ci saranno lavori di gruppo e discussioni, seminari con ospiti esterni e presentazioni orali di rapporti da parte degli studenti.
Lectures and case discussions, included students’ PowerPoint presentations and seminars with specialist guests
Fornire agli studenti la conoscenza fondamentale di processi e procedimenti legislativi, delle relazioni interistituzionali e della posizione del cittadino europeo.

Le conoscenze acquisite dovrebbero permettere di sapersi orientare nell’attività lavorativa su come utilizzare gli strumenti messi a disposizione dall’Unione e sapere a chi rivolgersi.

To provide the students with the fundamental knowledge regarding the legislative making process, especially as far as the relationships between EU Institutions, on one hand, and the role and position of citizens, on the other hand, are concerned.

Per gli studenti frequentanti il metodo di valutazione tiene conto della partecipazione ai gruppi di lavoro, alle discussioni, anche nei seminari con esperti, e della presentazione di una relazione durante il corso. Eventualmente, una prova scritta finale potrebbe essere inclusa.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo, le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Per gli studenti frequentanti, il voto finale tiene conto della qualità della relazione specifica presentata, ma anche del livello di partecipazione alle varie attività del corso
Per i non frequentanti, ci sarà un esame orale tradizionale sulla conoscenza dei testi sottoindicati.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Per superare l’esame bisogna ottenere una votazione che va tra il 18 e il 30. La lode può essere attribuita per l’eccellenza.
Si tiene comunque conto della differenza dello sforzo richiesto agli studenti frequenanti rispetto ai non frequentanti.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Lo studente deve mostrare di essere in grado di dare le risposte corrette alle questioni, anche sul piano operativo.
Learning Evaluation Methods.
For the Attending students, the methodology is based on a participative and seminarian approach: students will be requested to debate and submit presentation during the whole course. The course will be held in a module of two weeks time, with lessons and seminars. The examination could include a writing test {prova scritta) at the end of the course.
For students with disabilities and/or SLD: upon students’ request, it is possible to adapt how the exam is taken, in accordance with the University Guidelines( https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
For the attending students, presentation of an oral report on specific issue, participation to the discussions and working groups as well as to seminars, check of the level of fundamental knowledge during the course
For NOT attending students, it is a classical oral exams on the knowledge of the texts indicated below
Learning Measurement Criteria.
Positive grades: from 18 to 30. Cum laude can be bestowed to outstanding performance.
It will be considered the difference between the very demanding effort requested for attending students.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
Showing the capacity to find the answer to operational questions
