Knowledge of Cellular Biology, Biochemistry and Histology are required for the study of Human Anatomy.
The integrated course of Human Anatomy is subdivided into a special part, distributed in both semesters, and a general part at the 2nd semester.
At the end of the course the student will have understood the anatomical logic (organizational logic for functional purposes) of the human organism, starting from the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of each organ and system of the human organism for cultural and clinical preparatory purposes for a dentist. He will be also able to interpret the human anatomy of the cadaver and the main sites of landmarks in the living, as well as recognize the anatomy in the main clinical diagnostic images.
The organizational logic set out in point 1 must be applied by the student to the study of all organs and systems of the human body in the general lines, but rather in-depth for the organs and anatomical structures of the cervix-facial region and central nervous system.
Acquired knowledge is a crucial cultural bag for understanding the physiology and physiopathology of organs and systems of the human body.

The exam consists of a single oral exam divided into the two expected modules, each with a "weight" proportional to the hourly schedule provided by the program for the two modules.
At the student's request, the tests can be adapted in the light of University guideline provisions for all students with disabilities.
They are evaluated in the oral exam: knowledge of the main notions of topographic, macroscopic and microscopic anatomy; the clarity of the exhibition and the correct use of the anatomical language; the ability to make connections, even of functional and clinical character.
Learning is measured according to the evaluation criteria outlined above: sufficient judgment is expressed if the knowledge of the arguments required is at least 60%. The further completeness of the answers provided, coupled with exhibition clarity and synthesis capabilities, involves a gradual and proportional increase in the final vote.
The vote is expressed in thirty and it is considered to be overcome with the achievement of 18. It is foreseen that the maximum number of votes be awarded with the award of praise.
