Il corso viene svolto mediante un programma didattico che comprende lezioni, seminari e analisi di casi aziendali.
The course is conducted through a didactic program that includes lessons, seminars and business case analysis.
L'insegnamento consentirà agli studenti di acquisire gli elementi concettuali ed operativi, utili nella gestione dei processi di marketing nelle imprese industriali, agro-industriali e di servizi. Al termine del corso gli studenti saranno in grado di comprendere le principali problematiche decisionali nel campo del marketing, relative al lancio di nuovi prodotti, alla definizione dei prezzi, alla comunicazione e alla distribuzione, nonché agli strumenti analitici, per lo studio del mercato e del comportamento dei clienti.
Al termine del corso gli studenti avranno acquisito la capacità di applicare i concetti e gli strumenti studiati per l’analisi del mercato e per la formulazione di appropriate strategie e decisioni operative di marketing nelle aziende industriali, agro-industriali e commerciali.
Lo svolgimento di casi aziendali (anche mediante la partecipazione di manager ed esperti) e la discussione in aula su tematiche specifiche, consentiranno agli studenti di migliorare la loro capacità critica ed autonomia di giudizio in generale, nonché le loro competenze comunicative.
Teaching allows students to acquire conceptual and operational elements useful in the marketing processes management of industrial, agro-industrial and service firms. At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the key managerial issues of marketing policies related to the following aspects: product innovation, price strategies, communication policies, distribution choices as well as the main analytical tools for market research and buyer behaviour analysis.
At the end of the course, students should have acquired the ability to apply the concepts and tools studied in market analysis and the definition of appropriate strategies and marketing policies in industrial, agro-industrial and commercial companies.
Practical applications, comparisons and discussions, which will take place during the course, will enable students to improve their autonomy, and communication, learning and critical skills.

L'esame consiste in una prova orale. Per gli di studenti con disabilità e DSA, su richiesta dello studente, le modalità di svolgimento dell'esame potranno essere adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle Linee guida di Ateneo.
Nel corso dell'esame orale gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di avere acquisto una solida conoscenza dei principali concetti e problematiche applicative del marketing. Essi dovranno altresì dimostrare di avere compreso le modalità di utilizzo dei principali strumenti di marketing, per conseguire diversi obiettivi in diversi contesti aziendali.
Il voto sarà espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supererà l'esame se otterrà almeno 18. È prevista l'assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).
Il voto finale viene attribuito sulla base dell’esito della prova orale, articolata in 5 domande, ad ognuna delle quali sarà attribuito un voto non superiore a 6. Gli studenti che dimostreranno una comprensione approfondita ed esaustiva dei contenuti teorici e pratici del corso otterranno la lode.
The final exam is an oral test. For students with disabilities and SLD, at the request of the student, the procedures for carrying out the exam may be adapted in light of the provisions of the University Guidelines.
During the oral exam, students will have to demonstrate that they have a solid knowledge of key marketing concepts and issues from a strategic and operational point of view. They will also have to demonstrate that they have understood how to use the principal analytical tools to aceave different marketing goals in different business contexts.
The final mark is in 30ths (minimun 18). Possibly, a special mention (cum laude) can be awarded.
The final mark will be the sum of the points achieved in each of the 5 questions. At each of these questions, a maximum mark of 6 will be attributed. A special mention (cum laude) will be awarded to students who display a critical and comprehensive understanding of the course contents.
