Per una completa comprensione degli argomenti trattati nel corso è utile una conoscenza preliminare di base dell’Unione Europea, delle sue istituzioni e del loro funzionamento.
For a full understanding of the course, it is useful a prior basic knowledge of the European Union, its institutions and their functioning.
Il corso è organizzato in 22 lezioni frontali sia di carattere teorico che di contenuto pratico.
The course is organised in 22 frontal lessons of both theoretical and practical content.
L'obiettivo generale del corso è quello di analizzare la Politica Agricola Comunitaria al fine di comprenderne il ruolo nell'evoluzione del comparto agricolo.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Alla fine del corso le studentesse e gli studenti saranno capaci di affrontare i problemi legati alla definizione e all’attuazione della Politica Agricola Comunitaria. Su tali tematiche saranno in grado di elaborare brevi relazioni nonché orientarsi tra le principali informazioni online.
Competenze trasversali.
Attraverso lo studio della Politica Agricola Comunitaria, il corso si propone anche di introdurre la studentessa o lo studente all’Unione europea e alle sue istituzioni, nonché alle dinamiche di lungo termine del settore agricolo europeo.
Knowledge and Understanding.
The overall objective of the course is to analyze the Common Agricultural Policy and understanding its role in the evolution of the agricultural sector.
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course students will be trained to address the problems related to the definition and implementation of European agricultural policy. On these issues they will be able to write short reports and navigate the main online information.
Transversal Skills.
Through the study of the CAP, the course also aims to introduce the student to the European Union and its institutions as well as to the long-term dynamics of the European agricultural sector.

L'esame è scritto e consiste in un test a risposta multipla composto da 6 domande, e in 3 domande aperte che coprono tutte le diverse parti del corso. Per le studentesse e gli studenti con disabilità o Disturbi Specifici dell'Apprendimento che hanno contattato l'Info Point Disabilità di Ateneo per richiedere supporto per lo specifico esame curriculare, si tenga presente che la modalità di svolgimento dell'esame adottate potranno essere adattate nel rispetto delle Linee Guida di Ateneo (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Le risposte al test a scelta multipla riceveranno immediatamente un valutazione automatica. Le risposte alle domande aperte saranno valutati sulla base della loro comprensione dei concetti di base e della loro capacità di rielaborarli rispetto a nuove problematiche.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Ciascuna delle domande a risposta aperta riceverà una valutazione compresa tra 0 e 6 punti. Nel test a scelta multipla, ognuna delle 6 domande del test ammette quattro possibili risposte. Una di queste è la risposta corretta e
riceverà una valutazione di 2 punti. Le restanti risposte sono sbagliate e riceveranno una valutazione di 0 punti.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Il voto finale sarà la somma delle valutazioni delle due parti dell’esame. Per superare l'esame, il voto finale dovrà raggiungere almeno 18/30. Alla prima parte dell'esame verrà attribuito un massimo di 18 punti. Alla seconda parte verrà attribuito un massimo di 12 punti. Per prove di esame di qualità molto alta alla valutazione di 30/30 verrà aggiunta la lode.
Learning Evaluation Methods.
The exam is written and consists of a 6-question multiple choice test and 3 open questions covering all the different parts of the course.
For students with disabilities or Specific Learning Disability (SLD) who have contacted the University Disability/SLD Info Point to request support for the specific curricular exam, please note that the way the exam is taken can be adapted in accordance with the University Guidelines (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
Students’ answers to the multiple choice test will immediately receive an automatic evaluation. Students’ answers to the open questions will be evaluated on the basis of their understanding of the basic concepts and their capacity to re-elaborate them with respect to novel challenges.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
Each of the open-ended question will receive an evaluation ranging between 0 and 6. In the multiple choice test, any of the 6 questions of the test admits four possible answers. One of them is the correct answer and will receive an evaluation of 2 points. The remaining answers are wrong and will receive an evaluation of 0 points.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
The final grade will be the sum of the evaluations of the two parts. For the exam to be passed, the final grade must achieve at least 18/30. The first part of the exam will be attributed a maximum of 18 points. The second part will be attributed a maximum of 12 points. For exams of very high quality the “cum laude” will be added to the 30/30 evaluation.
