MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DEL CORSO DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURSE

Il corso verrà svolto attraverso lezioni a contenuto sia teorico che pratico, con un intenso utilizzo della piattaforma e-learning.
Le lezioni a contenuto teorico saranno erogate anche in streaming attraverso il collegamento via Teams alla lezione erogata in aula (modalità telematica sincrona)

The course will be conducted through both theoretical and practical lessons, with an intensive use of the e-learning platform.
The theoretical lessons will also be provided in streaming through the connection via Teams to the lesson delivered in the classroom (synchronous telematic mode)

Conoscenze e comprensione.

Al termine del corso gli studenti saranno in grado di comprendere:
- I caratteri di una tesi di laurea magistrale
- Come scegliere l’argomento della tesi di laurea
- Come consultare le strutture della Facoltà per la tesi
- Come usare gli strumenti informatici per redigere la tesi

Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.

Al termine del corso gli studenti sapranno anche:
- Come applicare lo studio di caso alla tesi di laurea,
- Come sviluppare la tesi per un lavoro sperimentale
- Come procedere nell’impostare questionari o indagini campionarie

Competenze trasversali.

Durante il corso verranno proposte (mediante la piattaforma e-learning) delle attività per migliorare l’autonomia e le competenze in ordine all’elaborazione della tesi di laurea.

Knowledge and Understanding.

At the end of the course students will be able to understand:
- Characteristics of a master thesis
- How to choose the subject of the thesis
- How to consult the faculty structures for theses
- How to use computer tools to draw the thesis

Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.

At the end of the course students will also know:
- How to apply the case study to the thesis,
- How to develop the thesis for experimental work
- How to set up questionnaires or sample surveys

Transversal Skills.

During the course you will be offered (through the e-learning platform) activities to improve your autonomy and skills in the elaboration of your thesis.

7. La ricerca delle fonti legislative e della giurisprudenza nelle tesi con contenuti giuridici

2. The use of IT tools for the dissemination of theses

4. The thesis and the use of questionnaires

MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DELL'ESAME DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXAMINATION

Modalità di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

Per la stesura della tesi attraverso lo strumento informatico è prevista una prova da svolgere in un’aula attrezzata.
Per la valutazione del modo di procedere nella raccolta e nell’elaborazione del materiale, è prevista una prova denominata “Schedatura materiale”.
Per la valutazione nell’impostazione generale della tesi, è prevista una prova denominata “Progetto tesi”.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo, le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).

Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

Per la parte informatica, gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di:
- saper svolgere correttamente le applicazioni loro proposte.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità e DSA , su richiesta dello studente, le modalità di svolgimento dell'esame potranno essere adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle Linee guida di Ateneo
Per la schedatura, gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di:
- saper cogliere adeguatamente i concetti, le citazioni e i commenti relativi al materiale esaminato
Per il progetto tesi, gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di:
- saper elaborare un valido progetto, illustrandone adeguatamente obiettivi, contenuti e metodi.

Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.

Come da regolamento didattico, il voto verrà espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supererà l'esame se otterrà almeno 18 in tutte le prove in precedenza illustrate. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).

Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.

Per la parte informatica viene attribuito un voto (da 0 a 30).
Per la schedatura viene attribuito un voto (da 0 a 30).
Per il progetto tesi viene attribuito un voto (da 0 a 30).
Voto globale: deriva dalla ponderazione di parte informatica (20%), schedatura (40%) e progetto tesi (40%) La lode viene assegnata se su tutte le prove si consegue la massima votazione dimostrando altresì senso critico nella schedatura a nel progetto tesi.

Learning Evaluation Methods.

For the dissertation of the thesis through the computer tool a test is to be carried out in an equipped classroom.
In order to evaluate the way in which material is collected and processed, a test called "Material Scheduling" is foreseen.
For the evaluation in the general approach of the thesis, a test called "Thesis Project" is foreseen.
For students with disabilities or Specific Learning Disability (SLD) who have contacted the University Disability/SLD Info Point to request support for the specific curricular exam, please note that the way the exam is taken can be adapted in accordance with the University Guidelines (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).

Learning Evaluation Criteria.

For the computing part, students will have to demonstrate:
- know how to properly carry out their applications.
For registration, students will have to demonstrate:
- know how to properly understand the concepts, quotes, and comments about the material being studied
For the thesis project, the students will have to demonstrate:
- know how to work out a valid project, showing suitably goals, contents and methods.
For students with disabilities and SLD, at the request of the student, the procedures for carrying out the exam may be adapted in light of the provisions of the University Guidelines.

Learning Measurement Criteria.

As of the didactic regulation, the vote will be expressed in 30th. The student will pass the examination if he / she gets at least 18 in all the tests shown above. It is foreseen to award the highest marks with praise (30 and praise).

Final Mark Allocation Criteria.

For the computer part a vote is given (0 to 30).
A rating (0 to 30) is given for the listing.
A thesis is given for the thesis project (0 to 30).
Overall rating: comes from computer-based weighting (20%), filing (40%) and thesis (40%). Praise is given if all the tests reach the highest rating, also demonstrating critical significance in filing a in thesis project .
