Il corso fornisce una conoscenza di base sia della logica di comportamento delle imprese, sia dei principi giuridici che regolano le interazioni fra ambiente interno di lavoro e ambiente esterno.
L’insegnamento fornirà allo studente le conoscenze di base relative alle principali forme che caratterizzano i mercati dei prodotti e dei fattori produttivi e i modelli che consentono di spiegare il comportamento delle imprese all’interno dei diversi contesti di mercato.
Inoltre, approfondisce l’applicazione e l’implementazione di modelli organizzativi sostenibili per la tutela della salute dei lavoratori e della salute pubblica, anche alla luce delle problematiche emerse durante la pandemia e nell’ambito delle nuove prospettive aperte dalla transizione ecologica.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Al termine del corso, lo studente sarà in grado di:
• Saper verificare come un’impresa sicura possa essere anche un’impresa sostenibile, che tutela l’ambiente sia di lavoro sia esterno nonché il benessere dei dipendenti e quello dei terzi.
• Saper valutare se e come la politica aziendale per la sicurezza e quella per la tutela dell’ambiente possano condividere lo stesso approccio metodologico che fa leva sulla prevenzione organizzata.
• Saper valutare la conformità dei modelli organizzativi adottati ai principi del d.lgs. n. 81/2008 e del d.lgs. n. 231/2001
• predisporre e interpretare i dati necessari ad effettuare valutazioni di convenienza per decisioni di lungo periodo e di breve periodo.
• di comprendere il bilancio per valutare le performance aziendali,
• di applicare modelli per valutare la convenienza di prodotti e progetti.
Competenze trasversali.
Al termine del corso lo studente avrà sviluppato la capacità di affrontare in maniera critica e multi disciplinare l’implementazione ed efficace attuazione dei modelli organizzativi in materia di ambiente e salute e sicurezza sul lavoro. Sarà anche in grado di sapersi relazionare con professionalità e figure differenti anche non di formazione ingegneristica. Grazie alle attività laboratoriali, lo studente acquisirà conoscenze operative e capacità comunicative relative ai temi trattati, sviluppando una propria autonomia di giudizio data dalla consapevolezza delle competenze maturate.
Knowledge and Understanding.
The course provides a basic knowledge of both the logic of business behavior and the legal principles that govern the interactions between the internal working environment and the external environment.
The course will provide the student with basic knowledge relating to the main forms that characterize the markets for products and production factors and the models that make it possible to explain the behavior of companies within the different market contexts.
In addition, it examines the application and implementation of sustainable organizational models for the protection of workers' health and public health, also in light of the problems that emerged during the pandemic and in the context of the new perspectives opened by the ecological transition.
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
• Knowing how to verify how a safe company can also be a sustainable company, which protects both the working and external environment as well as the well-being of employees and that of third parties.
Knowing how to assess whether and how the company policy for safety and that for the protection of the environment can share the same methodological approach that leverages organized prevention.
• Knowing how to assess the compliance of the organizational models adopted with the principles of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and of the legislative decree n. 231/2001
• prepare and interpret the data necessary to carry out assessments of convenience for long-term and short-term decisions.
• to understand the financial statements to evaluate company performance,
• to apply models to evaluate the convenience of products and projects.
Transversal Skills.
At the end of the course, the student will have developed the ability to deal critically and multi-disciplinary the implementation and effective implementation of organizational models in the field of the environment and health and safety at work. He will also be able to know how to relate to different professionalism and figures even if they are not trained in engineering. Thanks to the laboratory activities, the student will acquire operational knowledge and communication skills related to the topics covered, developing his own autonomy of judgment given by the awareness of the skills acquired.

L’esame consisterà in una prova scritta ed in una prova orale.
La prova scritta verterà sulle tematiche di “Economia ed organizzazione aziendale” mentre la prova orale verterà sui contenuti di “Diritto dei modelli di organizzazione e di gestione della sicurezza ambientale interna ed esterna all'impresa”
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Per superare la prova scritta, lo studente deve dimostrare di aver ben compreso i concetti fondamentali dell’insegnamento e acquisito conoscenze sui seguenti aspetti:
-impresa: obiettivi, governance, aspetto economico-finanziario, principi decisionali
-mercato: ruolo e funzionamento del mercato; forme di mercato; strategie competitive delle imprese
e acquisito le competenze di base sui seguenti argomenti:
-analisi del bilancio d’esercizio
-valutazione economico-finanziaria dei progetti
L’attribuzione del voto finale avviene sulla base dei seguenti criteri: a) completezza ed esattezza della risposta; b) sviluppo logico degli argomenti; c) utilizzo della terminologia appropriata prova scritta
Nella prova orale verranno valutate: 1) la pertinenza della risposta con l'oggetto della domanda; 2) la completezza e l'esaustività della risposta in riferimento alla domanda; 3) la padronanza dei concetti e della terminologia giuridici; 4) la chiarezza espositiva.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Il voto della prova scritta sarà assegnato in trentesimi, con possibilità di lode. La votazione minima per passare l’esame è 18/30.

Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Il voto finale sarà la media matematica del voto della prova scritta e di quella orale
Learning Evaluation Methods.
The exam will consist of a written test and an oral test.
The written test will focus on the topics of "Economics and business organization" while the oral test will focus on the contents of "Law of organization and management models of internal and external environmental security"
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
To successfully pass the written test the student must demonstrate, through the written test that they have well understood the fundamental concepts of teaching and acquired knowledge on:
-The company:objectives, governance, economic-financial aspect, decision-making principles
-Market:role and functioning of the market; market forms; competitive business strategies
and acquired the basic skills on the following aspects:
-Analysis of the financial statements
-Economic-financial evaluation of the projects
The final grade is awarded on the basis of the following criteria: a)completeness and accuracy of the answer b)logical development of the arguments c)use of the appropriate terminology written test
For each oral question, the following will be assessed: the relevance of the answer to the subject of the question; the completeness and completeness of the answer with reference to the question; mastery of legal concepts and terminology; clarity of presentation
Learning Measurement Criteria.
The mark of the written test will be assigned out of thirty, with the possibility of honors. The minimum mark to pass the exam is 18/30.
