Conoscenza sommaria dei diritti fondamentali
General knowledge of fundamental rights.
Il Corso in entrambi i moduli prevede lezioni frontali (con l'ausilio di proiezioni video, slides e presentazioni) ed esercitazioni. Al corso prenderanno parte occasionalmente relatori italiani e stranieri.
Both modules include lectures (with the help of video projections, slides and presentations) and exercises. Occasionally Italian and foreign speakers will take part in the course.
Il corso si propone nel I Modulo di fornire le conoscenze di base del diritto pubblico europeo attraverso la conoscenza delle principali istituzioni, delle loro competenze e del loro funzionamento nonché delle tappe di integrazione europea; nel II Modulo verranno illustrati i diritti c.d. della privacy e i relativi profili in ambito lavorativo.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Il corso mira a far acquisire allo studente le seguenti abilità. · capacità di comprendere ed analizzare le dinamiche che coinvolgono le principali istituzioni europee; · capacità di comprendere ed analizzare i vari istituti delle regole pubblicistiche europee · capacità di comprendere ed analizzare i vari istituti dell’ordinamento giuridico europeo con riferimento alla privacy e ai diritti dei lavoratori
Competenze trasversali.
Il corso mira a sviluppare lo spirito critico necessario alla lettura ed alla comprensione da un punto di vista giuridico dei fenomeni istituzionali europei e del rispetto delle regole sulla tutela dei diritti nell’era della digitalizzazione
Knowledge and Understanding.
The course aims to provide students with the tools to study and understand the principal European public law subjects and the knowledge of the main institutions, their powers and their functioning as well as the stages of European integration. The course is also aimed at introducing students to the in-depth study of issues concerning the main rights and protections in a digital age. The second module will illustrate the so-called rights of privacy and related profiles in the workplace.
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
The course also aims to provide students with the following skills. · Ability to understand and analyze the main issues of European Institutions; · Ability to understand and analyze the main issues of the legal framework;· Ability to understand and analyze the legal framework regarding to the main rights in a digitalized era, including the right to privacy and workers' rights.
Transversal Skills.
The course intends to develop critical attitude when reading and understanding from the juridical point of view the institutional European phenomena and compliance with the rules on the protection of rights in the era of digitization

I e II modulo: La prova finale è costituita da un esame scritto, con domande aperte e a risposta multipla
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
La prova è volta a saggiare in primo luogo la capacità di attenzione dello studente e la sua abilità nell’individuare i concetti fondamentali (conoscenza e comprensione). Inoltre, la prova è volta a verificare la conoscenza e la capacità di comprensione attraverso uno studio più sistematico che permetta di collegare i concetti fondamentali (capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione), mettendo in evidenza le problematiche fondamentali coinvolte (capacità di giudizio) e le proprie abilità comunicative (abilità comunicative) attraverso l’utilizzo di una chiara ed appropriata terminologia giuridica.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
La valutazione finale è attribuita in trentesimi. L’esame si intende superato se il voto è pari o superiore a 18/30. E’ prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
A ciascuna domanda viene attribuito un punteggio da 0 a 10. Il voto finale viene definito sommando i punteggi ottenuti nelle diverse domande. La lode è assegnata quando la somma dei punteggi sia 30 e lo studente abbia dimostrato l’acquisizione e la padronanza del linguaggio tecnico-giuridico di base proprio delle discipline pubblicistiche e la capacità di esporre con ordine logico e sistematico le norme collegate ai fenomeni giuridici affrontati durante il corso.

Learning Evaluation Criteria.
The exam has the goal to test the student's ability to learn the basic concepts (knowledge and comprehension). Besides the exam is aimed at verifying knowledge and understanding through a more systematic study that allows student to link basic concepts (ability to apply knowledge and understanding), highlighting the fundamental issues involved (judgment skills) and communication skills (communication skills) through the use of a clear and appropriate legal terminology.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
The final evaluation is given in thirtieths. Examination will be passed if the vote is equal to or more than 18/30. It is foreseen to award the maximum grade cum laude.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
I and II module: Each question of the test has a score from 0 to 10. The final score is the total amount obtained in every part. Laude is given when the sum of the scores is 30 and the student can demonstrate the acquisition and mastery of the basic technical-legal language of the public disciplines and the ability to expose logically and systematically the rules related to the legal phenomena.
