Tecniche di comunicazione efficace, coinvolgimento del sistema delle relazioni in azienda, gestione della comunicazione nelle diverse situazioni di lavoro. Il sistema delle relazioni interne ed esterne all'azienda. Gli istituti giuridici per la comunicazione del rischio previsti dalle disposizioni in materia di prevenzione (informazione, formazione, addestramento, ecc.) Metodi, tecniche e strumenti della comunicazione del rischio. Conseguenze lavorative dei rischi derivanti da inefficenze organizzative, strumenti, metodi e misure di prevenzione. La pianificazione delle attività di comunicazione del rischio, con particolare riferimento all'istituto del programma di informazione e formazione di cui agli artt. 33 - 35 del D. Lgs. n 81/2008 e smi. strumenti e tecniche di comunicazione scritta, orale e multimediale, con particolare riferimento a quelli utilizzabili nelle piccole e piccolissime aziende (riunione, assemblea, cartellonistica, pieghevole, brochure).
Effective communication techniques,involvement of the company relations system, communication managementin different work situations. The system of internal and external relations of the company. Legal institutions for the communication of risk provided for by the provisions on prevention (information,training, ectc.). Methods. techniques and tools of risk communication. Work consequences of risks deriving from organizational inefficiencies, tools, methods and prevention measures. Planning of risk communication activities, with particular reference to the institute of the information and training program referred to in articles 33 - 35 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments. Tools and techniques of written, oral and multimedia communication, with particular reference to those used in small and very small companies (meeting, assembly, signage, flyer, leafflet, brouchure).
