- Frequenza e valutazione sufficiente al Laboratorio Professionale previsto dalla normale programmazione didattica.
- Frequenza ad ogni altra attività didattica ritenuta funzionale al tirocinio (incontri in aula, visite guidate, ecc. ecc.).
- Frequenza certificata ad uno specifico corso di formazione in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro in Sanità, in base alle disposizioni vigenti nell’ASUR
Marche, nei modi e nei tempi che verranno comunicati dal Direttore ADP.
- Idoneità fisica alla mansione certificata dal Medico Competente di riferimento per l'ateneo.
- Attendance and sufficient evaluation at the Professional Laboratory provided for by the normal didactic programming.
- Attendance at any other teaching activity considered functional to the internship (classroom meetings, guided tours, etc. etc.).
- Frequency certified to a specific training course on occupational safety in Health, according to the provisions in force in the ASUR
Marche, in the manner and in the times that will be communicated by the ADP Director.
- Physical fitness for the mansione certified by the Competent Doctor of reference for the university.
Il raggiungimento delle competenze professionali si attua attraverso una formazione teorica e pratica che includa anche l'acquisizione di competenze comportamentali e che venga conseguita nel contesto lavorativo specifico del profilo, così da garantire, al termine del percorso formativo, la piena padronanza di tutte le necessarie competenze e la loro immediata spendibilità nell'ambiente di lavoro.
Il Corso di Laurea in Assistenza Sanitaria ha lo scopo di formare operatori con conoscenze scientifiche e tecniche necessarie a svolgere con responsabilità le funzioni proprie della professione di Assistente Sanitario ai sensi del DM 69/1997. L'attività dei laureati in Assistenza Sanitaria è rivolta alla persona, alla famiglia e alla collettività.
Il tirocinio è l’insieme delle esperienze circoscritte nel tempo, formalizzate da un progetto educativo e guidate da esperti (tutor), con possibilità di feed-back e valutazioni in itinere e finali ed è caratterizzato da una forte centratura sull’apprendimento esperienziale.
Consente l’integrazione dei contenuti disciplinari, dei saperi teorici e delle competenze pratiche.
Lo studente peraltro deve poter fare e provare attività selezionate in base al loro valore educativo e finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di tirocinio.
La frequenza è obbligatoria, propedeutica alla possibilità di sostenere l'esame finale e va certificata dalla Guida di Tirocinio ovvero da un professionista del profilo professionale corrispondente, indicato dall'Università e designato dalle Az. Sanitarie comprese nella rete formativa (rif. Regolamento di Tirocinio). Per ogni altro dettaglio si rimanda allo specifico "Regolamento di tirocinio" consultabile sul sito di ateneo nelle pagine dedicate al CdL.
The achievement of professional skills is carried out through a theoretical and practical training that also includes the acquisition of behavioral skills and that is achieved in the specific work context of the profile, so as to guarantee, at the end of the training course, the full mastery of all the necessary skills and their immediate expendability in the work environment.
The Degree Course in Health Care aims to train operators with scientific and technical knowledge necessary to carry out with responsibility the functions of the profession of Health Assistant pursuant to Ministerial Decree 69/1997. The activity of graduates in Health Care is aimed at the person, the family and the community.
The internship is the set of experiences circumscribed in time, formalized by an educational project and guided by experts (tutors), with the possibility of feed-back and ongoing and final evaluations and is characterized by a strong focus on experiential learning.
It allows the integration of disciplinary contents, theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The student must also be able to do and try activities selected on the basis of their educational value and aimed at achieving the internship objectives.
Attendance is mandatory, preparatory to the possibility of taking the final exam and must be certified by the Tirocinio Guide or by a professional of the corresponding professional profile, indicated by the University and designated by the Health Az. included in the training network (ref. Internship Regulations). For any other details, please refer to the specific "Internship Regulations" available on the university website on the pages dedicated to the CdL.
Sono obiettivi specifici di apprendimento per il 1° anno di CdL:
‒ acquisizione delle modalità di accoglienza della persona-famiglia nel servizio;
‒ acquisizione delle modalità di comunicazione operatore-persona-famiglia;
‒ osservazione dell’organizzazione dell’Azienda Sanitaria e delle sue articolazioni territoriali;
‒ osservazione delle fasi di programmazione, organizzazione e gestione dell’attività vaccinale;
‒ osservazione e acquisizione di abilità tecniche relative all’utilizzo di software gestionali, per la raccolta ed analisi dei dati (tipo excel), e specifici quali
- gestione dell’anagrafe vaccinale;
‒ osservazione della comunità territoriale tramite predisposizione e realizzazione di un’indagine di tipo survey.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Il Tirocinio è una forma di attività didattica tutoriale che consente l’acquisizione di competente professionalizzanti attraverso l’esecuzione di attività pratiche con ampi gradi di autonomia, a simulazione dell’attività svolta a livello professionale.
Le attività utili, vanno a soddisfare gli obiettivi specifici di apprendimento elencati nel box "Conoscenza e comprensione"e saranno diverse a seconda dell'UO/Servizio frequentati dallo studente pertanto si darà la massima importanza al piano di tirocinio nel quale vengono esplicitati gli obiettivi di apprendimento specifici per il Servizio, le strategie di apprendimento, la modalità di svolgimento del tirocinio e della valutazione.
A mero titolo di esempio si citano attività eseguibili in collaborazione e con la supervisione della Guida di tirocinio:
- accoglienza degli utenti, distribuzione di materiale informativo cartaceo, erogazione delle informazioni all'utenza;
- rilievo dei parametri vitali in caso di necessità.
Competenze trasversali.
Durante l'esperienza di tirocinio lo studente potrà esercitarsi:
- nel formulare un proprio giudizio sulle caratteristiche della popolazione osservata mediante contatto diretto con l'utenza o mediante la consultazione
delle banche dati offerte dall'UO frequentata (esempi: aderenza della popolazione infantile all'obbligo vaccinale, caratteristiche geografiche del
territorio in cui opera il servizio, analisi di dati ministeriali);
- nelle abilità comunicative necessarie per accogliere con reciproca soddisfazione persone, famiglie e gruppi nelle UO, soprattutto nei confronti degli
utenti stranieri, portatori di lingue e culture alternative;
- nel valutare le proprie capacità di apprendimento verso le attività osservate e quindi procedere con la richiesta alle Guide di tirocinio di
consultazione di protocolli, procedure, manuali e quant'altro disponibile compresa la richiesta di esercizi di simulazione ritenuti necessari.
Knowledge and Understanding.
Specific learning objectives for the 1st year of CdL are:
- acquisition of the methods of welcoming the person-family in the service;
- acquisition of operator-person-family communication methods;
- observation of the organization of the Health Authority and its territorial articulations;
- observation of the planning, organization and management phases of vaccination activity;
- observation and acquisition of technical skills related to the use of management software, for the collection and analysis of data (excel type), and specific such as
- management of the vaccination registry;
- observation of the territorial community through the preparation and implementation of a survey.
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
The Internship is a form of tutorial teaching activity that allows the acquisition of competent professionalizers through the execution of practical activities with wide degrees of autonomy, simulating the activity carried out at a professional level.
The useful activities meet the specific learning objectives listed in the "Knowledge and understanding" box and will be different depending on the OU / Service attended by the student, therefore the maximum importance will be given to the internship plan in which the specific learning objectives for the Service, the learning strategies, the method of carrying out the internship and the evaluation are explained.
By way of example, we cite activities that can be performed in collaboration and under the supervision of the Internship Guide:
- welcoming users, distributing paper information material, providing information to users;
- survey of vital parameters in case of need.
Transversal Skills.
During the internship experience, the student will be able to practice:
- in formulating his own judgment on the characteristics of the population observed through direct contact with users or through consultation of the
databases offered by the OU attended (examples: adherence of the child population to the vaccination obligation, geographical characteristics of
the territory in which the service operates, analysis of ministerial data);
- in the communication skills necessary to welcome mutual satisfaction people, families and groups in the OUs, especially towards
foreign users, bearers of alternative languages and cultures;
- in evaluating their learning skills towards the observed activities and then proceed with the request to the Internship Guides to
consult protocols, procedures, manuals and anything else available including the request for simulation exercises deemed necessary.
Gli obiettivi generali del tirocinio del CdL in Assistenza Sanitaria derivano dalle norme sopracitate, riprendono il sistema dei descrittori europei e sono finalizzati quindi:
- acquisizione di competenze (applying knowledge and understanding),
- capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione (knowledge and understanding),
- autonomia di giudizio (making judgements),
- abilità tecniche e abilità comunicative (communication skills) e capacità di apprendimento (learning skills)
che saranno declinate nella scheda di valutazione in tre macroaree quali Prevenzione - Promozione ed Educazione alla Salute; organizzazione e lavoro in equipe; formazione e autoapprendimento.
Il Direttore ADP, i Tutor, le Guide di Tirocinio e i Rappresentanti degli Studenti elaborano e aggiornano periodicamente, per ogni UO/Servizio della Rete Formativa, il programma delle attività pratiche che lo studente dovrà svolgere in autonomia o alle quali partecipare mediante la predisposizione di PIANI DI TIROCINIO, funzionali al raggiungimento degli obiettivi specifici di apprendimento previsti per il 1° anno di CdL.
The general objectives of the internship of the CdL in Health Care derive from the aforementioned rules, take up the system of European descriptors and are therefore finalized:
- acquisition of skills (applying knowledge and understanding),
- ability to apply knowledge and understanding (knowledge and understanding),
- autonomy of judgment (making judgements),
- technical skills and communication skills (communication skills) and learning skills
that will be declined in the evaluation sheet in three macro-areas such as Prevention - Promotion and Health Education; organization and teamwork; training and self-learning.
The ADP Director, the Tutors, the Internship Guides and the Student Representatives elaborate and periodically update, for each OU / Service of the Training Network, the program of practical activities that the student will have to carry out independently or in which to participate through the preparation of INTERNSHIP PLANS, functional to the achievement of the specific learning objectives envisaged for the 1st year of CdL.
1) Relazione di Tirocinio scritta e rilegata, svolta secondo le indicazioni fornite dal Direttore ADP;
2) presentazione orale, corredata da slide, della Relazione di Tirocinio in cui lo studente descriva oltre alle sue personali riflessioni/osservazioni sull'esperienza fatta, la struttura, l'organigramma, le funzioni e gli obiettivi dell' Unità Operativa/Servizio Territoriale/Azienda Ospedaliera, tra quelle previste dalla rete formativa di riferimento, nella quale ha espletato il tirocinio.
Nel caso di avvicendamento fra più Unità Operative/Servizi/Aziende Ospedaliere verrà scelta quella/o presso la quale si è svolto il maggior numero di ore di tirocinio. Il docente inoltre porrà alcune domande su temi ritenuti importanti fra quelli offerti dall'esperienza pratica.
3) acquisizione della Scheda di Valutazione redatta dalla Guida di Tirocinio in condivisione con lo studente.
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
L'esito positivo dell'esame di tirocinio è condizione indispensabile al passaggio dal I al II anno di CdL.
La sessione d'esame dell'AA utile a questo fine sarà la terza, ove verranno fissati 1° e 2° appello.
Per accedere all’esame di tirocinio è necessaria la valutazione positiva di tutte le esperienze di tirocinio dell’anno in corso.
Lo studente che ha ottenuto una valutazione negativa, prima di sostenere l’esame di tirocinio deve effettuare un tirocinio di recupero nella stessa realtà organizzativa(unità operativa e/o servizio) o in una affine al fine di conseguire gli obiettivi di apprendimento non raggiunti.
Verranno valutati:
1) la completezza e correttezza della Relazione di Tirocinio;
2) la capacità di organizzare discorsivamente il contenuto della Relazione, la competenza nell'impiego del lessico specialistico, la proprietà di linguaggio e le abilità espositive nonché la qualità dell'elaborato per l'esposizione;
3) la valutazione e il giudizio espressi dalla Guida di Tirocinio
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
La valutazione è in trentesimi e l'esame si intende superato quando il voto è maggiore o uguale a 18.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Ogni criterio di valutazione indicato pesa per un terzo sulla composizione del voto finale che sarà pertanto costituito dalla media dei tre voti ottenuti come da indicazioni espresse nel box dei "Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento".
Learning Evaluation Methods.
1) Written and bound Internship Report, carried out according to the indications provided by the ADP Director;
2) oral presentation, accompanied by slides, of the Internship Report in which the student describes, in addition to his personal reflections / observations on the experience made, the structure, the organizational chart, the functions and the objectives of the Operative Unit / Territorial Service / Hospital, among those provided by the reference training network, in which he carried out the internship.
In the case of en-employment between several Operating Units / Services / Hospitals, the one / or where the greatest number of hours of internship took place will be chosen. The teacher will also ask some questions on topics considered important among those offered by practical experience.
3) acquisition of the Evaluation Form drawn up by the Internship Guide shared with the student.
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
The positive outcome of the internship exam is an indispensable condition for the transition from the first to the second year of CdL. The examination session of the AA useful for this purpose will be the third, where the 1st and 2nd appeals will be set. To access the internship exam it is necessary to positively evaluate all the internship experiences of the current year.
The student who has obtained a negative evaluation, before taking the internship exam must carry out a recovery internship in the same organizational reality (operating unit and or service) or in a similar one in order to achieve the learning objectives not achieved.
The following will be evaluated:
1) the completeness and correctness of the Internship Report;
2) the ability to discursively organize the content of the Report, the competence in the use of specialized vocabulary, the appropriateness of language and exhibition skills as well as the quality of the work for the exhibition;
3) the evaluation by I. Guide.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
The evaluation is in thirtieths and the exam is considered passed when the grade is greater than or equal to 18.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
Each evaluation criterion indicated weighs for one third on the composition of the final grade which will therefore consist of the average of the three marks obtained as indicated in the box of the "Learning evaluation criteria".
