ORGANIZZAZIONE DI LABORATORIO
• La tutela della salute in Italia, il percorso legislativo (cenni)
• Il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale (cenni).
• La riforma: D.Lgs 502/1992 e s.m.i. Organizzazione dell’azienda sanitaria (cenni)
• Il Servizio Sanitario Regionale: le prerogative della Giunta regionale; l’organizzazione territoriale e i compiti.
• Concetto di Dipartimento.
• Autorizzazione e accreditamento delle strutture sanitarie (cenni).
• La figura professionale del Tecnico di Laboratorio Biomedico: D.M. 745/1994; Legge 251/2000; Legge 43/2006.
• Organizzazione generale del laboratorio: le finalità; le tipologie; le figure professionali.
• Le fasi di attività del laboratorio (pre-analitica, analitica, post-analitica)

• I rischi per la salute: agenti biologici, agenti chimici, agenti fisici. Rischi trasversali.
• Prevenzione incendi: concetti generali, la normativa, il piano di emergenza e la squadra di emergenza. Concetti di combustione; le fasi dell’incendio. Misure di protezione attive e passive. Resistenza al fuoco. Luogo sicuro e vie d’esodo. Estintori e loro utilizzo. Segnaletica di sicurezza.
