Per una migliore comprensione degli argomenti trattati lo studente deve
avere buone conoscenze di base di biologia generale e chimica generale
e organica.
Basic knowledge of plant biology, organic and inorganic chemistry.
L'insegnamento è articolato in 2 moduli: Agronomia generale (6CFU) e
Coltivazioni erbacee (6CFU). Entrambi i moduli si strutturano in lezioni

The course consists of two modules: General Agronomy (6 ECTS) and
Crop Science (6 ECTS).Both modules consist of lecturing and practical
sessions. See the description of the specific modules for more details
L’insegnamento permette agli studenti di acquisire adeguate conoscenze
di base sui fattori agronomici ed ambientali che condizionano la
produttività dei sistemi colturali erbacei. Si rimanda alle schede dei
singoli moduli per maggiori dettagli.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
L’insegnamento si pone come obiettivi prioritari l’approfondimento delle
informazioni già acquisite con le materie di base, allo scopo di formare un
tecnico capace di gestire le complesse problematiche agronomiche
tipiche della moderna agricoltura.
Competenze trasversali.
a) autonomia di giudizio: individuare le informazioni necessarie per
gestire le principali problematiche agronomiche presenti nei terreni
agrari; b) trasferire in modo chiaro ed esauriente informazioni, idee,
problemi e relative soluzioni tecniche a interlocutori, specialisti e non,
rappresentativi delle diverse e specifiche competenze coinvolte nella
gestione dei sistemi colturali erbacei (produttori agricoli, ingegneri,
architetti, amministratori, ecc.).
Knowledge and Understanding.
The course enables students to acquire basic knowledge of the
agronomic and environmental factors that affect the productivity of
herbaceous cropping systems. See the description of the specific

Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
The main aim of this course is to deepen the information already gained
with the basic courses, in order to form a technician able to handle the
complex agronomic problems typical of modern agriculture.
Transversal Skills.
(i) making judgements: ability to identify the information needed to
manage the main agronomic issues of the agricultural soils; (ii)
communications: ability to clearly and exhaustively communicate
notions, ideas, problems and technical solutions to interlocutors, either
professional or not, representative of the various and specific
competencies involved in the management of the cropping systems
(farmers, engineer, architect, biologist, administrator)

La verifica finale verterà prevalentemente su un colloquio orale.
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Durante l'esame lo studente dovrà dimostrare di avere assimilato
adeguate conoscenze in ognuno dei settori previsti nel programma.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
L'esame sarà articolato su tre/quattro quesiti principali, ognuno dei quali
sarà valutabile con un punteggio variabile fra 0 e 10 punti. La lode verrà
attribuita agli studenti che, avendo conseguito la valutazione massima,
abbiano dimostrato la completa padronanza della materia.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
il voto finale dell’insegnamento è definito come media ponderata dei voti
in trentesimi ottenuti nei due moduli, con pesi di ponderazione riferiti ai
rispettivi crediti formativi.Il voto finale sarà attribuito in trentesimi. Il
superamento della prova finale si concretizzerà in un voto che potrà
variare fra un minimo di 18 fino ad un massimo di 30 “cum laude”.Si

valutazione .
Learning Evaluation Methods.
Final assessment will focus mainly on an oral interview.
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
In the test, the student will have to demonstrate the knowledge in each
of the areas covered in the program.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
The oral examination consists of three/four questions concerning the
subjects listed in the teaching program, each of ones will be quantified in
the range 0 - 10. The degree of 30 “cum laude” is attributed when the
student demonstrates complete mastery of the subject.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
The final grade is the weighted average of the grades obtained in the two
modules (weights result from the respective number of ECTS for each
module).The final mark is attributed in thirtieths. Successful completion
of the examination will lead to grades ranging from 18 to 30 “cum
