It is necessary that the students have acquired and assimilated the knowledge provided by the Physics and Mathematics courses
Lezioni Frontali
Frontal classes
The student must demonstrate that he has understood the main forces that regulate the large-scale dynamics of the ocean, as well as the processes of formation and transformation of the main water masses and how these processes characterize the global thermohaline circulation.
At the end of the course, students must be able to assess the main mechanisms that regulate the dynamics and mechanisms of formation and transformation of water masses
The course will provide knoqwledges and notions to be able to deal with the chemical and biological oceanography modules

L’apprendimento sarà valutato tramite i voti.
Evaluation Test
The written tests will be assessed based on the correctness of the answers given and in the open answers, in the ability to synthesize and knowledge of the technical language
Learning will be assessed through grades
In the written tests, the correct answers are worth one point while the partially correct ones are worth 0.5 points. There are no penalties for incorrect answers and the sum of the scores of the two written tests provides the final grade
