Il corso si propone di far acquisire le conoscenze dei sintomi e dei segni clinici e la loro interpretazione, quale presupposto fondamentale per l’inquadramento diagnostico delle patologie di interesse medico e chirurgico.
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di:
- raccogliere una anamnesi adeguata
- eseguire un esame obiettivo generale
- riconoscere i segni e i sintomi delle diverse situazioni patologiche
Il corso preparerà lo studente:
- a sviluppare, attraverso il ragionamento clinico, una adeguata ipotesi diagnostica e di diagnostica differenziale
- ad affrontare le materie cliniche con le competenze relative alla impostazione del rapporto medico-paziente
- a gestire la documentazione medica ed i rapporti con altri specialisti ed altre professioni
The course aims to acquire knowledge of clinical symptoms and signs and their interpretation, as a fundamental prerequisite for the diagnostic classification of pathologies of medical and surgical interest.
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- collect an adequate medical history
- perform a general objective examination
- recognize the signs and symptoms of different pathological situations
The course will prepare the student:
- to develop, through clinical reasoning, an adequate diagnostic and differential diagnostic hypothesis
- to deal with clinical subjects with the skills relating to the setting up of the doctor-patient relationship
- to manage medical documentation and relationships with other specialists and other professions

E’ previsto un colloquio orale sugli argomenti relativi ai due moduli, che afferiscono al corso integrato.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA),
che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto
all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo. Le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla
luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo

La prova di valutazione dell’apprendimento è finalizzata a valutare le conoscenze e le abilità acquisite. Attraverso la prova orale viene valutata anche la capacità critica, di auto-apprendimento e di comunicazione verbale.
Il voto finale è attribuito in trentesimi. L’esame si intende superato quando il voto è maggiore o uguale a 18.
Il voto finale viene attribuito attraverso la media aritmetica dei risultati ottenuti negli esami orali relativi ai due moduli. Saranno valutate le seguenti competenze: conoscenze specifiche 70%, conoscenze trasversali 20%, capacità espositiva 10%.
La lode viene attribuita quando lo studente dimostra piena padronanza della materia, relativamente a tutti e due i moduli oggetto degli esami orali e abbia ottenuto un voto finale non inferiore a 30/30.

The learning assessment test is aimed at evaluating the knowledge and skills acquired. The oral test also evaluates critical, self-learning and verbal communication skills.
The final grade is awarded out of thirty. The exam is considered passed when the grade is greater than or equal to 18.
The final grade is attributed through the arithmetic mean of the results obtained in the oral exams relating to the two modules. The following skills will be assessed: specific knowledge 70%, transversal knowledge 20%, presentation ability 10%.
Honors are awarded when the student demonstrates full mastery of the subject, in relation to both modules covered by the oral exams and has obtained a final grade of no less than 30/30.
