Lo studente dovrà essere in grado di identificare i principali segni e sintomi delle patologie addominali, con particolare riferimento a quelle dell’apparato digerente ed endocrino metaboliche. Lo studente dovrà mostrare di aver compreso i principali indici di gravità ed urgenza delle condizioni patologiche descritte; dovrà inoltre dimostrare di aver compreso le problematiche relative alla cronicizzazione delle patologie descritte ed i principi della gestione terapeutica.
Lo studente dovrà essere in grado di sciogliere i principali nodi decisionali, con particolare riferimento a: (i) identificazione del grado di gravità ed urgenza e relativo indirizzo clinico; (ii) identificazione degli aspetti critici della cronicità e relativo indirizzo clinico.
Lo studente dovrà essere in grado di definire l’orientamento per la diagnosi differenziale tra le patologie principali descritte durante il corso, con particolare riferimento a segni e sintomi quali il dolore epigastrico ed addominale, il dolore toracico, l’anemia, la febbre, l’astenia, il calo ponderale, la dispnea, il deficit di accrescimento e sviluppo.
The student must be able to identify the main signs and symptoms of abdominal pathologies, with particular reference to those of the digestive and metabolic endocrine systems. The student must show that he / she has understood the main indices of severity and urgency of the described pathological conditions; it will also have to demonstrate that it has understood the problems related to the chronicity of the described pathologies and the principles of therapeutic management.
The student must be able to solve the main decision-making issues, with particular reference to: (i) identification of the degree of severity and urgency and relative clinical orientation; (ii) identification of the critical aspects of chronicity and its clinical orientation.
The student should be able to define the orientation for the differential diagnosis between the main pathologies described during the course, with particular reference to signs and symptoms such as epigastric and abdominal pain, chest pain, anemia, fever, asthenia, weight loss, dyspnoea, growth and development deficit.

La valutazione dell’apprendimento verrà effettuata mediante un colloquio orale sugli argomenti relativi ai due moduli che afferiscono al corso integrato.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo. Le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili )
La valutazione dell’apprendimento terrà conto dei seguenti parametri: conoscenze acquisite, capacità di giudizio e capacità di esposizione.
Il voto finale è attribuito in trentesimi. L’esame si intende superato quando il voto finale è maggiore o uguale a 18.
Il voto finale è attribuito facendo la media aritmetica delle votazioni dei singoli moduli. La lode è concessa all’unanimità della commissione nei casi in cui la conoscenza e l’esposizione siano state eccellenti
The assessment of learning will be carried out through an oral interview on the topics relating to the two modules that belong to the integrated course.
For students with disabilities/invalidities or specific learning disorders (DSA), who have duly requested support to take the specific exam at the Disability/DSA Info Point of the University. The exam methods will be adapted in light of the provisions of the University guidelines (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili)
The assessment of learning will take into account the following parameters: acquired knowledge, judgement skills and exposure skills.
The final grade is awarded out of thirty. The exam is considered passed when the final grade is greater than or equal to 18.
The final grade is attributed by taking the arithmetic mean of the grades for the individual modules. Praise is granted unanimously by the commission in cases where knowledge and exposure have been excellent
