L’insegnamento permette agli studenti di acquisire le conoscenze fondamentali circa le tecniche diagnostiche, semeiologiche, citologiche ed istopatologiche finalizzate alla diagnosi delle patologie cutanee, mucose e dei tessuti molli.
Al termine del corso lo studente avrà acquisito:
- il procedimento per arrivare ad una diagnosi delle patologie dermatologiche e alla scelta della possibile strategia terapeutica (medica o chirurgica)
- gli strumenti per comprendere e spiegare i meccanismi patogenetici che sono alla base delle principali malattie dermatologiche
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di:
-descrivere adeguatamente le manifestazioni cliniche delle principali patologie dermatologiche, la loro possibile patogenesi e i possibili trattamenti medici e/o chirurgici dimostrando di aver appreso un linguaggio appropriato ai fini di una comunicazione corretta e rigorosa con i colleghi e con il paziente
-sviluppare autonomamente i procedimenti logici e le strategie diagnostiche che permettono di arrivare all’inquadramento del paziente
The course allows students to acquire the fundamental knowledge about diagnostic, semeiological, cytological and histopathological techniques aimed at the diagnosis of skin, mucous and soft tissue pathologies.
At the end of the course the student will have acquired:
- the procedure for arriving at a diagnosis of dermatological pathologies and the choice of the possible therapeutic strategy (medical or surgical)
- the tools to understand and explain the pathogenetic mechanisms that underlie the main dermatological diseases
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
-adequately describe the clinical manifestations of the main dermatological pathologies, their possible pathogenesis and possible medical and/or surgical treatments, demonstrating that they have learned an appropriate language for the purposes of correct and rigorous communication with colleagues and the patient
-autonomously develop the logical procedures and diagnostic strategies that allow us to identify the patient

La valutazione dell’apprendimento verrà effettuata mediante un colloquio orale sugli argomenti relativi ai due moduli che afferiscono al corso integrato.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo. Le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili )
La valutazione dell’apprendimento terrà conto dei seguenti parametri: conoscenze acquisite, capacità di giudizio e capacità di esposizione.
Il voto finale è attribuito in trentesimi. L’esame si intende superato quando il voto è maggiore o uguale a 18. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).
Il voto finale viene attribuito mediante media aritmetica dei singoli voti ottenuti dal colloquio inerente il programma di Elementi di Dermatologia e quello inerente il programma di Chirurgia Plastica. La lode viene attribuita quando il punteggio ottenuto dalla precedente media supera il valore 30 e contemporaneamente lo studente abbia dimostrato piena padronanza di entrambe le materie.
The assessment of learning will be carried out through an oral interview on the topics relating to the two modules that belong to the integrated course.
For students with disabilities/invalidities or specific learning disorders (DSA), who have duly requested support to take the specific exam at the Disability/DSA Info Point of the University. The exam methods will be adapted in light of the provisions of the University guidelines (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili)
The assessment of learning will take into account the following parameters: acquired knowledge, judgment and presentation skills.
The final grade is given in thirtieths. The exam is passed when the grade is greater than or equal to 18. The maximum grade with honors corresponds to 30 cum laude.
The final grade is attributed by means of the average of the individual grades obtained from the interview concerning the Dermatology program and the Plastic Surgery program. The maximum grade cum laude is assigned when the score obtained from the previous average exceeds 30 and at the same time the student has demonstrated full knowledge of both subjects.
