Si considerano acquisiti i contenuti tipici di un corso di base di economia aziendale e di un corso di base avente ad oggetto la redazione e l’analisi del bilancio.
The ttypical contents of a basic course in business administration and a basic course in drafting and analyzing financial statements are considered acquired.
Lezioni frontali a contenuto teorico e pratico.
Le lezioni saranno erogate anche in streaming attraverso il collegamento via Teans© alla lezione erogata in aula (modalità telematica sincrona). Si accederà attraverso il link messo a disposizione dal docente sulla piattaforma Moodle del corso.
Frontal lesson with theoretical and practical content.
The lessons will also be provided in streaming through the connection via Teans© to the lesson delivered in the classroom (synchronous telematic mode). I twill be accessed through the link made available by the teacher on the Moodle platform of the course.
Al termine del corso, gli studenti dovranno conoscere e comprendere (1) il fenomeno della crisi d’impresa (definizioni, stadi e cause), (2) le metodologie, le tecniche e gli strumenti di prevenzione, previsione ed accertamento della crisi d’impresa, (3) le soluzioni possibili, e i criteri di scelta relativi, della crisi d’impresa, (4) le modalità di redazione del piano di risanamento e, ove previsto, della relativa relazione di attestazione.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Al termine del corso, gli studenti dovranno essere in grado di (1) applicare le metodologie, le tecniche e gli strumenti di prevenzione, previsione e accertamento della crisi d’impresa, (2) identificare la soluzione migliore di una crisi d’impresa, (3) redigere e valutare criticamente un piano di risanamento e, ove previsto, la relativa relazione di attestazione.
Competenze trasversali.
Nel corso delle lezioni, gli studenti saranno coinvolti in attività volte a sviluppare, tra l’altro, autonomia di giudizio, abilità comunicative e capacità di problem solving.
Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course, students will have to know and understand (1) the phenomenon of the business crisis (acception, stages and causes), (2) the methodologies, techniques and tools for prevention, prediction and assessment of the business crisis, (3) the possible solutions, and the relative selection criteria, of the business crisis, (4) the methods of drafting the recovery plan and, whwew required, the related attestation report.
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course, students will be able to (1) apply the methodologies, techniques and tools for the prevision, prediction and assessment of the business crisis, (2) identify the best solution to a business crisis, (3) draw up and critically evaluate a recovery plan and, where required, the related attestation report.
Transversal Skills.
During the lessons, students will be involved in activities aimed at developing, among other things, autonomy of judgment, communication skills and problem solving skills.

L’esame consiste in una prova orale.
Per gli di studenti con disabilità/invalidità o disturbo specifico di apprendimento (DSA), che abbiano fatto debita richiesta di supporto per affrontare lo specifico esame di profitto all’Info Point Disabilità/DSA dell’Ateneo, le modalità di esame saranno adattate alla luce di quanto previsto dalle linee guida di Ateneo (https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Accoglienza_diversamente_abili).
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Il grado di apprendimento dello studente è valutato tenendo conto dell’ampiezza e della profondità delle conoscenze e della comprensione acquisite e della capacità di applicare le stesse. Esso è valutato tenendo conto anche della proprietà di linguaggio con cui le conoscenze e la comprensione acquisite sono esposte.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Il voto verrà espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supererà l’esame se otterrà almeno 18. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Agli studenti, nell’ambito della prova orale, saranno sottoposte 3 domande orali. A ciascuna domanda sarà attribuito un voto non superiore a 10. Gli studenti che dimostreranno una critica, approfondita ed esaustiva comprensione dei contenuti teorici e pratici del corso otterranno la lode.

Oral.

Learning Evaluation Criteria.
The students degree of learning is assessed taking into account the breadth and depth of knowledge and understanding acquired and the ability to apply them. It is assessed also taking into account the property of language with which the acquired knowledge and understanding are exposed
Learning Measurement Criteria.
Positive grades: from 18 to 30. Cum laude can be bestowed to outstanding performance.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
To the students, in the oral examination, 3 questions will be submitted and to each of them will be given a grade not higher than 10. Students who demonstrate a critical, thorough and exhaustive understanding of the theoretical and practical contents of the course will get the laude.
