L’Attività Formativa Professionalizzante del quarto anno di corso
permette agli studenti di applicare quanto appreso durante le lezioni
frontali.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
L’Attività Formativa Professionalizzante del quarto anno di corso rende
lo studente capace di valutare la funzionalità cardiovascolare e respiratoria attraverso l'utilizzo di principali test utilizzati nel campo specifico (ECG, Holter, doppler, test da sforzo, spirometria, EGA) gestendo l'approccio farmacologico più idoneo al trattamento delle patologie rilevate. inoltre lo studente si confronterà con patologie gastroenterologiche, urologiche, ematologche, endocrinologiche attraverso la presa in carico del singolo paziente secondo l'approccio "CARE and CURE".
Competenze trasversali.
Le frequenza nei reparti, negli ambulatori e nei laboratori permettono allo studente l'applicazione pratica delle conoscenze acquisite nella didattica frontale.

students to apply what they have learned during the lectures.

The Professionalizing Training Activity of the fourth year of the course pays
the student capable of evaluating cardiovascular and respiratory function through the use of main tests used in the specific field (ECG, Holter, Doppler, stress test, spirometry, EGA) managing the most suitable pharmacological approach for the treatment of the detected pathologies. moreover, the student will deal with gastroenterological, urological, haematological, endocrinological pathologies through the taking in charge of the single patient according to the "CARE and CURE" approach.
Transversal Skills.
Attendance in the wards, clinics and laboratories allow the student the practical application of the knowledge acquired in frontal teaching.
-LABORATORI PRATICI
- CLINICA, DIAGNOSI E TERAPIA IN AMBITO CARDIOLOGICO, EMATOLOGICO, ENDOCRINOLOGICO, GASTROENTEROLOGICO, PNEUMOLOGICO, E UROLOGICO.
-TECNOLOGIA DEI DISPOSITIVI MEDICI I (Dispositivi medici per la misura di parametri fisiologici e terapeutici: Elettrocardiografo, misuratori di pressione, elettrobisturi, defibrillatori).
-PRACTICAL LABORATORIES
- CLINICS, DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPY IN THE CARDIOLOGICAL, HEMATOLOGICAL, ENDOCRINOLOGICAL, GASTROENTEROLOGICAL, PNEUMOLOGICAL, AND UROLOGICAL AREAS.
-MEDICAL DEVICE TECHNOLOGY I (Medical devices for the assessment of physiological parameters: Electrocardiograph, arterial pressure measurement devices, electrosurgical units, defibrillators).
Gli obiettivi del percorso annuale e i contenuti oggetto delle verifiche finali saranno comunicati nello skill ‘presentazione’ previsto all’inizio dell’anno.
E' prevista una valutazione in itinere espressa dai tutor assegnati a ciascun gruppo attraverso un giudizio di idoneità che verrà documentata su libretto personale per mezzo dell' apposizione di data, sede, firma e timbro della struttura dove viene effettuata l'attività.
Una volta ottenuto il giudizio di idoneità per ogni skill prevista lo studente potrà sostenere l'esame nell'ambito degli appelli previsti.
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Valutazione in itinere: il giudizio di idoneità è legato sia all’espletamento della frequenza obbligatoria al 100% che al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
Valutazione finale: l’ammissione alla valutazione finale è legata all’acquisizione dei giudizi di idoneità in tutte le skills previste per l’anno di corso. L'esame si riferirà alle attività svolte nel primo e secondo semestre.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Valutazione in itinere: il giudizio di idoneità è legato sia all’espletamento della frequenza obbligatoria al 100% che al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
Valutazione finale: l’ammissione alla valutazione finale è legata all’acquisizione dei giudizi di idoneità in tutte le skills previste per l’anno di corso. L'esame si riferirà alle attività svolte nel primo e secondo semestre ed il conseguimento del requisito necessario per sostenere l'esame del 5° anno.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Il voto finale sarà espresso in trentesimi sulla base delle risposte esatte formulate dallo studente. Il superamento dell’esame comporta l’acquisizione dei CFU previsti nell’anno di corso ed il conseguimento del requisito necessario per sostenere l'esame del 5° anno.
Learning Evaluation Methods.
The objectives of the annual path and the contents of the final checks will be communicated in the 'presentation' skill provided at the beginning of the year.
There will be an ongoing evaluation expressed by the tutors assigned to each group through a judgment of suitability which will be documented in the personal booklet by means of the date, location, signature and stamp of the structure where the activity is carried out.
Once the assessment of suitability for each foreseen skill has been obtained, the student will be able to take the exam in the context of the foreseen sessions.

Final assessment: admission to the final assessment is linked to the acquisition of suitability judgments in all the skills envisaged for the course year. The exam will refer to the activities carried out in the first and second semester.
