- Positive evaluation at the internship exam of the 1st year of CdL.
- Attendance and sufficient evaluation at the Professional Laboratory provided for by the normal didactic programming.
- Attendance at any other teaching activity considered functional to the tirocinio (classroom meetings, guided tours, etc. etc.).
- Certified attendance at a specific training course on occupational safety in Health, according to the provisions in force in the ASUR
Marche, in the manner and in the times which will be communicated by the ADP Director.
- Physical fitness for the job certified by the Competent Doctor of reference for the university.

The achievement of professional skills is implemented through theoretical and practical training that also includes the acquisition of behavioral skills and that is achieved in the work context specific to the profile, so as to guarantee, at the end of the training course, the full mastery of all the necessary skills and their immediate expendability in the environment of work.
The Degree Course in Health Care aims to train operators with scientific and technical knowledge necessary to carry out with responsibility the functions of the profession of Health Assistant pursuant to Ministerial Decree 69/1997. The activity of graduates in Health Care is aimed at the person, the family and the community.
The internship is the set of experiences circumscribed in time, formalized by an educational project and guided by experts (tutors), with the possibility of feedback and evaluations in itinere and final and is characterized by a strong focus on experiential learning. It allows the integration of disciplinary
contents, theoral knowledge and practical skills.
The student must also be able to do and try activities selected on the basis of their educational value and aimed at achieving the internship objectives.
Attendance is mandatory, preparatory to the possibility of taking the final exam and must be certified by the Internship Guide or by a profile professional corresponding professional, indicated by the University and designated by the Az. Sanitary included in the training network (ref. Internship Regulations). For any other details , please refer to the specific "Internship Regulations" available on the university website on the pages dedicated to the CdL.

Specific learning objectives for the 2nd year of CdL are:
- knowledge of the main national and regional legislation on prevention, promotion and health education and its application in the
context of internship;
- participation in the activity: pediatric vaccination and adults;
prevention of infectious diseases;
prevention of travel-related diseases;
health education;
surveillance systems active in Public Health;
- use of specific techniques and tools such as epidemiological investigation, pre-vaccination interview, pre-trip interview, telephone interview, motivational counseling and educational intervention on the target group;
- surveillance of sanitation conditions in families, schools and assisted communities.

The useful activities, go to meet the specific learning objectives listed in the box "Knowledge and understanding" and will be different depending on the OU / Service attended by the student therefore the utmost importance will be given to the INTERNSHIP PLAN in which the specific learning objectives for the Service, the learning strategies, the method of carrying out the internship are explained and evaluation.
By way of example, we cite activities that can be performed independently with the sole supervision of the Internship Guide:
- execution of vaccinations in adults;
- management of the notification path of infectious diseases starting from the receipt of the complaint until the archiving of the material related to the procedure;
- knowledge and management of secretarial activities related to cancer screening;
- educational activities carried out in the school environment;
- planning of health promotion interventions;
- clinic with Competent Doctor.

During the internship experience the student will be able to practice:
- in the recording and analysis of data available on the main platforms in use in the OU / Services;
- in collaboration with the work team in a climate of interdisciplinarity;
- active participation in service meetings;
- in communication skills and in particular in motivational couseling, in dissemination, in the conduct of telephone interviews;
- in the self-assessment of the learning skills towards the activities practiced and therefore in the implementation of simulation exercises
deemed necessary;
- self-learning through consultation of the reference legislation, manuals, procedures, determines and other company acts.

The general objectives of the internship of the CdL in Health Care derive from the aforementioned rules, take up the system of European descriptors and are therefore aimed at:
- acquisition of competencies (applying knowledge and understanding),
- ability to apply knowledge and understanding(knowledge and understanding),
- making judgements,
- technical skills and communication skills (communication skills) and learning skills that will be declined in the evaluation sheet in three macro-areas such as Prevention - Promotion and Health Education; organization and teamwork; training and self-learning.

The ADP Director, the Tutors, the Internship Guides and the Student Representatives periodically elaborate and update, for each OU / Service of the Training Network, the program of the practical activities that the student will have to carry out independently or in which to participate through the preparation of INTERNSHIP PLANS, functional to the achievement of the objectives specific learning specifications planned for the 2nd year of CdL.

1) Written and bound Internship Report, carried out according to the indications provided by the ADP Director.

2) oral presentation, accompanied by slides, of the Internship Report in which the student describes in addition to his personal reflections / observations on the experience made, the structure, the organization chart, functions and objectives of the Operating Unit / Territorial Service / Hospital, among those provided by the reference training network, in which it has completed the thirocinium.
In the case of rotation between several Operating Units / Services / Hospitals, the one / or where the greatest number of hours of internship took place will be chosen. The teacher will also ask some questions on topics considered important among those offered by practical experience.

3) Acquisition of the Evaluation Form drawn up by the Internship Guide shared with the student.

The positive outcome of the internship exam is an indispensable condition for the transition from the 2nd to the 3rd year of the CdL.
The examination session of the AA useful for this purpose will be the third, where the 1st and 2nd appeals will be set. To access the internship exam, a positive evaluation of all internship experiences of the current year is required.
The student who has obtained a negative evaluation, before taking the internship exam must carry out a recovery internship in the same organizational reality (operating unit and/or service) or in a similar way to achieve the learning objectives not achieved.
The following will be evaluated:
1) the completeness and correctness of the Internship Report;
2) the ability to discursively organize the content of the Report, the competence in the use of the specialized lessico, the property of language and the expository skills as well as the quality of the work for exhibition;
3) the evaluation by I.Guide.

The evaluation is in thirtieths and the exam is considered passed when the grade is greater than or equal to 18.

Each evaluation criterion indicated weighs for one third on the composition of the final grade which will therefore consist of the average of the three votes obtained as per the indications expressed in the box of the "Learning Assessment Criteria".

The student will independently build a file containing the documents that characterize the OU / Service attended:
- reference legislation for the structure and the activities carried out
- protocols
- procedures
- regulations
- projects
- plans
- dissemination materials used
- publications.
