PREREQUISITI PREREQUISITES

Essere iscritto all’anno di corso nel quale è previsto lo stage.
Avere acquisito almeno 40 CFU dei 120 previsti nel Corso di Laurea Magistrale, se lo stage è previsto al II anno di corso.

To be enrolled in the year of the course in which the internship is planned.
To have acquired at least 40 ECTS of the 120 foreseen in the Master’s Degree Course, if the internship is scheduled for the second year of the course.


MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DEL CORSO DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURSE

Gli stage sono regolamentati dalla legge n. 196/97 (ART. 18) e dal successivo decreto attuativo del Ministero del Lavoro e della Previdenza sociale di concerto con il Ministero della pubblica istruzione e il MURST n. 142 del 25/03/1998. Tale normativa definisce tutti gli aspetti legati all'attivazione di uno stage, evidenziando che lo stesso ha come obiettivo quello di realizzare un momento di alternanza tra lo studio e il lavoro. Il suo fine è anche quello di promuovere una conoscenza più diretta della realtà lavorativa con l'acquisizione di maggiore professionalità e competenze pratiche.
Allo stage verranno riconosciuti i crediti formativi previsti nel manifesto degli studi.
Lo stage può essere svolto sia presso strutture esterne private o pubbliche sia presso le strutture dell'Ateneo.

The internships are regulated by law n. 196/97 (ARTICLE 18) and by the subsequent implementation decree of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and MURST n. 142 of 25/03/1998. This legislation defines all aspects related to the activation of an internship, highlighting that it has the objective of providing periods of alternation between study and work. Its purpose is also to promote a more direct knowledge of the reality of work with the acquisition of greater professionalism and practical skills.
The training credits foreseen in the studies manifesto will be acknowledged in the internship.
The internship can be carried out either in external private or public facilities or in the University itself.

RISULTATI DI APPRENDIMENTO ATTESI LEARNING OUTCOMES
Conoscenze e comprensione.

Lo stage costituisce per lo studente un primo approccio con la realtà aziendale ed è un utile completamento della sua formazione curricolare. L'obiettivo è quello di preparare lo studente a comprendere le logiche del mondo del lavoro. L'attività di ciascuno studente verrà a tal fine guidata e verificata da un responsabile della struttura ospitante presso la struttura stessa e da un tutor accademico nominato fra i docenti della Facoltà.


Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.

Al termine dello stage lo studente sarà in grado di applicare alla realtà operativa le conoscenze, le metodologie, le competenze acquisite negli insegnamenti del corso di studio.


Competenze trasversali.

Lo sviluppo degli obiettivi previsti dal progetto formativo consentirà allo studente di migliorare la sua autonomia e la competenza sotto il profilo operativo.


Knowledge and Understanding.

he internship represents for the student a preliminary approach to business situations and is a useful completion of his/her curriculum. The goal is to prepare the student to understand the logic of the world of work. The activity of each student will be guided to this end and verified by a director of the host structure within the
structure itself and by an academic tutor appointed among the professors of the Faculty.


Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.

At the end of the internship the student will be able to apply the knowledge, methodologies and skills acquired during the course of study to the working situation.


Transversal Skills.

The development of the objectives foreseen by the training project will allow the
student to improve his/her autonomy and competence at work .



PROGRAMMA PROGRAM

Il programma consiste nel progetto formativo concordato con la struttura ospitante che accoglierà lo studente e approvato dal tutor accademico.

The program consists of the training project agreed upon with the structure
hosting the student and approved by the academic tutor.


MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DELL'ESAME DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXAMINATION
Modalità di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

A conclusione dello stage lo studente deve predisporre una relazione finale in cui sia illustrata l'attività svolta nello stage.


Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

Nel corso dello stage lo studente deve dimostrare di avere acquisito capacità operative e di essere in grado di utilizzare autonomamente tali conoscenze per l'analisi del caso aziendale previsto dal progetto formativo.


Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.

Il voto è espresso in trentesimi. L'esame si ritiene superato se lo studenti ha ottenuto almeno 18. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).


Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.

Il Responsabile della Struttura Ospitante valuta lo studente attraverso una scheda predisposta nella procedura on line nella quale formula un giudizio complessivo sull'operato.
Il Tutor Accademico alla luce del giudizio espresso dal Responsabile della Struttura Ospitante e della relazione finale presentata dallo studente attribuisce il voto finale.


Learning Evaluation Methods.

At the end of the internship the student must prepare a report describing the activities carried out during the internship.


Learning Evaluation Criteria.

During the internship the student must demonstrate that he/she has acquired working capacities and to be able to independently use this knowledge to analyse the business case provided by the training project.


Learning Measurement Criteria.

he vote is expressed in thirtieths. The exam is passed if the student has obtained a grade of at least 18. If full marks have been scored, a 30 “cum laude” will be awarded.


Final Mark Allocation Criteria.

he Head of the Host Structure evaluates the student using
a form prepared in the online procedure in which he gives an overall opinion on the work carried out.
The Academic Tutor, in the light of the opinion expressed by the Head of the Host Structure and of the final report presented by the student, assigns the final vote.
