MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DEL CORSO DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURSE

Il corso verrà svolto mediante un programma didattico che comprende una parte teorica, mediante lezioni frontali, e una parte applicativa, mediante seminari e analisi di casi aziendali.

The course will be conducted through a didactic program that includes a theoretical part, through frontal lessons, and an application part, through seminars and business case analysis.


RISULTATI DI APPRENDIMENTO ATTESI LEARNING OUTCOMES
Conoscenze e comprensione.

L’insegnamento permette agli studenti di acquisire le conoscenze avanzate sulle modalità di valutazione e di scelta delle strategie di produzione e delle strategie logistiche delle imprese che operano nei complessi business markets internazionali. Al termine del corso gli studenti saranno in grado di comprendere le peculiarità strategiche ed operative dei mercati business-to-business, e le fondamentali problematiche gestionali connesse alla gestione del cliente industriale e alla formulazione della strategia di marketing industriale.


Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.

Al termine del corso gli studenti dovranno aver acquisito la capacità di applicare i concetti e gli strumenti studiati nell’analisi del mercato business-to-business e nella formulazione di appropriate strategie e politiche di marketing industriale.


Competenze trasversali.

Lo svolgimento di casi aziendali (anche mediante la diretta partecipazione di manager ed esperti), e la discussione in aula su specifiche tematiche, consentiranno agli studenti di migliorare la loro capacità critica ed autonomia di giudizio in generale, nonché le loro competenze comunicative.


Knowledge and Understanding.

Teaching allows students to acquire advanced knowledge on how to evaluate and select production strategies and logistics strategies for companies operating in complex international business markets. At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the strategic and operational peculiarities of the business-to-business markets, and the key management issues associated with managing the industrial customer and formulating the industrial marketing strategy.


Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.

At the end of the course, students must have acquired the ability to apply the concepts and tools studied in the business-to-business market analysis and the formulation of appropriate strategies and industrial marketing policies.


Transversal Skills.

Business cases studies (also through the direct participation of managers and experts), and the discussion in the classroom on specific themes, will allow students to improve their critical ability and autonomy of judgment in general as well as their communicative skills.

2. Gestire il cliente industriale
processi di marketing nei mercati business-to-business, il prodotto e la comunicazione nei settori
business, prezzi, costi e misurazione del valore.
3. Le strategie di marketing industriale la strategia di mercato, analisi e gestione del portafoglio clienti, la differenziazione dell'offerta e le scelte tecnologico-organizzative, l'organizzazione delle attività di marketing.

MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DELL'ESAME DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXAMINATION
Modalità di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

L'esame consiste in una prova orale.


Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

Nel corso dell'esame orale gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di avere acquisto una solida conoscenza dei principali concetti e problematiche gestionali del marketing industriale, dal punto di vista strategico ed operativo. Essi dovranno altresì dimostrare di avere compreso le modalità di utilizzo dei principali strumenti analitici, per i differenti obiettivi di marketing e in differenti contesti aziendali.


Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.

Il voto verrà espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supererà l'esame se otterrà almeno 18. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).


Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.

Il voto finale viene attribuito sulla base dell’esito della prova orale, articolata in 5 domande e ad ogni domanda sarà attribuito un voto non superiore a 6.
Gli studenti che dimostreranno un’approfondita ed esaustiva comprensione dei contenuti teorici e pratici del corso otterranno la lode.

Oral examination


Learning Evaluation Criteria.

During the oral exam, students will have to demonstrate that they have a solid knowledge of the key business concepts and issues of industrial marketing from a strategic and operational point of view. They will also have to demonstrate that they have understood how to use the principal analytical tools, different marketing goals and different business contexts.


Learning Measurement Criteria.

The mark will be expressed in thirtieths. The student will pass the examination if he or she is at least 18. There will be a maximum of mark with honors (30 with honors).


Final Mark Allocation Criteria.

The mark is awarded on the basis of the outcome of the oral examination, divided into 5 questions and each question will be rated no more than 6.
Students who will demonstrate a thorough and exhaustive understanding of the theoretical and practical content of the course will receive honors.
