MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DEL CORSO DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURSE

The course is structured in 22 days 2 hours and will alternate theoretical lessons, group work based on case studies and best practices.
The exam includes a test mode based on the analysis of a case study and its presentation.

Knowledge and Understanding.

After completing the course, students will be able to understand the incidence of the tax variable in the different systems in an internationalization perspective.

At the end of the course students will also use the principles acquired in practical cases

The assessment of the tax variable in the different systems in an internationalization perspective.
Analysis of different operational instruments relating to the management of the tax variable in the exercise of business activities in the global market in order to support strategic decisions.
Partecipation in I.T.W. International Tax Week. The International Tax Week is a cultural and educational exchange project among several European universities that allow students of different nationalities of working and cooperating on some topics as well as to link their knowledge.

MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DELL'ESAME DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXAMINATION
Learning Evaluation Methods.

1. Assessment methods for learning.
The exam consists of a written and oral test.


Learning Evaluation Criteria.

2. Evaluation criteria for learning.
During the exam students will have to demonstrate that they have acquired a solid knowledge of the main issues related to the international tax variable in order to understand and be able to identify the different legislative weight of relations between countries.


Learning Measurement Criteria.

3. Learning measurement criteria.
The vote will be expressed in thirtieths. The student will pass the exam if he / she obtains at least 18. It is expected to be awarded the highest marks with honors (30 cum laude).


Final Mark Allocation Criteria.

4. Criteria for the attribution of the final vote.
Written exam: 6 questions for each of which a vote of 1 to 5 is assigned.
Oral exam: evaluated in thirtieths.
The overall vote is given by the average of the two votes Students who will demonstrate a thorough.
