PREREQUISITI PREREQUISITES

Essere iscritto all’anno di corso nel quale è previsto lo stage.
Avere acquisito almeno 40 CFU dei 120 previsti nel Corso di Laurea Magistrale, se lo stage è previsto al II anno di corso.

Be enrolled for the course year in which the internship is planned.
Have acquired at least 40 CFUs of the 120 courses enrolled in the Master Degree Course, if the internship is scheduled for the 2nd year of the course.


MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DEL CORSO DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURSE

Gli stage sono regolamentati dalla legge n. 196/97 (ART. 18) e dal successivo decreto attuativo del Ministero del Lavoro e della Previdenza sociale di concerto con il Ministero della pubblica istruzione e il MURST n. 142 del 25/03/1998. Tale normativa definisce tutti gli aspetti legati all'attivazione di uno stage, evidenziando che lo stesso ha come obiettivo quello di realizzare un momento di alternanza tra lo studio e il lavoro. Il suo fine è anche quello di promuovere una conoscenza più diretta della realtà lavorativa con l'acquisizione di maggiore professionalità e competenze pratiche.
Allo stage verranno riconosciuti i crediti formativi previsti nel manifesto degli studi.
Lo stage può essere svolto sia presso strutture esterne private o pubbliche sia presso le strutture dell'Ateneo.

The internships are regulated by law no. 196/97 (ARTICLE 18) and the subsequent decree implementing the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in co-operation with the Ministry of Public Education and MURST no. 142 of 25/03/1998. This legislation defines all the aspects related to the activation of an internship, pointing out that it aims to achieve a moment of alternation between study and work. Its purpose is also to promote a more direct knowledge of working reality by acquiring greater professionalism and practical skills.
The training credits foreseen in the study poster will be recognized at the stage.
The internship can be held either at private or public outdoor facilities or at the University's facilities.

RISULTATI DI APPRENDIMENTO ATTESI LEARNING OUTCOMES
Conoscenze e comprensione.

Lo stage costituisce per lo studente un primo approccio con la realtà aziendale ed è un utile completamento della sua formazione curricolare. L'obiettivo è quello di preparare lo studente a comprendere le logiche del mondo del lavoro.  L'attività di ciascuno studente verrà a tal fine guidata e verificata da un responsabile della struttura ospitante presso la struttura stessa e da un tutor accademico nominato fra i docenti della Facoltà.


Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.

Al termine dello stage lo studente sarà in grado di applicare alla realtà operativa le conoscenze, le metodologie, le competenze acquisite negli insegnamenti del corso di studio.


Competenze trasversali.

Lo sviluppo degli obiettivi previsti dal progetto formativo consentirà allo studente di migliorare la sua autonomia e la competenza sotto il profilo operativo.


Knowledge and Understanding.

The internship is for the student a first approach to business reality and is a useful completion of his curriculum training. The aim is to prepare the student to understand the logic of the world of work. The activities of each student will be guided and verified by a manager of the host structure at the facility and by an academic tutor appointed by the faculty members.


Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.

At the end of the internship, the student will be able to apply the knowledge, methodologies and skills acquired in the courses of the course to the operational reality.


Transversal Skills.

The development of the objectives set by the training project will enable the student to improve his autonomy and operational competence.



PROGRAMMA PROGRAM

Il programma consiste nel progetto formativo concordato con la struttura ospitante che accoglierà lo studente e approvato dal tutor accademico.

The program consists of the training project agreed with the host structure that will welcome the student and approved by the academic tutor.


MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DELL'ESAME DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXAMINATION
Modalità di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

A conclusione dello stage lo studente deve predisporre una relazione finale in cui sia illustrata l'attività svolta nello stage.


Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.

Nel corso dello stage lo studente deve dimostrare di avere acquisito capacità operative e di essere in grado di utilizzare autonomamente tali conoscenze per l'analisi del caso aziendale previsto dal progetto formativo.


Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.

Il voto è espresso in trentesimi. L'esame si ritiene superato se lo studenti ha ottenuto almeno 18. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).


Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.

Il Responsabile della Struttura Ospitante valuta lo studente attraverso una scheda predisposta nella procedura on line nella quale formula un giudizio complessivo sull'operato.
Il Tutor Accademico alla luce del giudizio espresso dal Responsabile della Struttura Ospitante e della relazione finale presentata dallo studente attribuisce il voto finale.


Learning Evaluation Methods.

At the end of the internship, the student must prepare a final report describing the activity performed on the internship.


Learning Evaluation Criteria.

During the internship, the student must demonstrate that they have acquired operational skills and are able to use this knowledge independently for the analysis of the business case provided by the training project.


Learning Measurement Criteria.

The vote is expressed in 30th. Examination is considered to be exceeded if the student has obtained at least 18. It is expected that the highest grade will be awarded with praise (30 and praise).


Final Mark Allocation Criteria.

The Housing Manager will evaluate the student through a card prepared in the on-line procedure in which he formulates an overall judgment on the work.
The Academic Tutor in the light of the opinion expressed by the Housing Manager and the final report presented by the student attributes the final vote.
