Al termine del corso gli studenti dovranno essere in grado di esporre ed argomentare i temi trattati nel corso nonché individuare contributi teorici che, applicati alle attuali organizzazioni pubbliche e private, possono fornire strumenti utili alla comprensione e gestione delle relazioni interne ed esterne.
Capacità di applicare conoscenze e comprensione.
Al termine del corso gli studenti dovranno possedere gli elementi di base per stendere un progetto di analisi
e intervento a partire dalla discussione di casi di studio.
Competenze trasversali.
Le discussioni che avranno luogo durante il corso permetteranno agli studenti l’acquisizione di capacità critiche, la padronanza delle categorie interpretative nonché la competenza nell’uso dei materiali bibliografici e delle altre fonti di documentazione e di analisi.
Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course students will be able to expose and argue the topics discussed in the course as well as to identify the theoretical contributions that, applied to current public and private organizations, can provide useful tools for understanding and managing internal and external relationships
Capacity to apply Knowledge and Understanding.
At the end of the course students will be able to possess the basic elements to draw up a draft analysis
and intervention, starting with the discussion of case studies.
Transversal Skills.
The discussions that will take place during the course will enable students to acquire critical skills, mastery of the interpretative categories, as well as the competence in the use of bibliographic materials and other sources of documentation and analysis.

L'esame consiste in una prova scritta e un colloquio orale.
Criteri di valutazione dell'apprendimento.
Nel corso dell'esame gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di avere acquisto una solida conoscenza delle principali questioni affrontate durante il corso nonché di saper effettuare collegamenti tra tematiche specifiche approfondite durante il corso.
Criteri di misurazione dell'apprendimento.
Ad ogni risposta fornita dallo studente verrà assegnato un punteggio in trentesimi. Verrà quindi effettuata una media aritmetica dei punteggi assegnati che equivarrà al voto finale.
Gli studenti che saranno in grado di argomentare in modo critico ed analitico, mostrando di aver compreso i contenuti del corso e di saperli esporre in modo esaustivo otterranno la lode.
Criteri di attribuzione del voto finale.
Il voto verrà espresso in trentesimi. Lo studente supererà l'esame se otterrà almeno 18. È prevista l’assegnazione del massimo dei voti con lode (30 e lode).
Learning Evaluation Methods.
The examination shall consist of a written test and an oral test.
Learning Evaluation Criteria.
During the exam, students will have to demonstrate that they have acquired a solid knowledge of the main issues addressed during the course as well as knowing how to make links between specific themes in-depth during the course.
Learning Measurement Criteria.
Each student's answer will be assigned a score of thirty. An arithmetic mean of the scores will then be made, which will equate to the final vote.
Students who will be able to argue critically and analytically, showing that they have understood the contents of the course and knowing how to expose them exhaustively will get the praise.
Final Mark Allocation Criteria.
The vote will be expressed in thirty-five. The student will pass the examination if he or she is at least 18. There will be a maximum of votes with a praise (30 and praise).
